HIIT: High intensity interval training is a proven effective method of burning calories and reducing fat. HIIT challenges the body through strenuous exercise movements followed by bouts of rest which allows the heart rate to fluctuate. You can burn 500 calories in 32 minutes.

Cardio Kickboxing: Kickboxing is a great way to achieve peek physical conditioning. According to a Harvard Health Study a 125 pound person can burn upwards of 300 calories in 30 minutes. A 185 pound person will burn 444 calories in the same session while working hard.

Boot Camp: High intensity intervals of push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, pull-ups and squats is another high intensity work-out which will help you reach your fitness, and weight loss goals. Burn 500 to 600 calories during a 1 hour session.

Karate: Karate training (traditional) is one if not the most demanding and rewarding physical training methods. Have you looked at a body of a trained professional UFC fighter lately. You will also be training for a purpose called self defense. You can burn up to 1000 calories in a hard 1 hour martial arts session.

All these classes will be available to you in April when we begin a 10 Week Mind, Body & Spirit Transformation at Our facility.
